Work Health and Safety Training
WHS training helps organisations understand and meet their safety responsibilities while building safer, more capable workplaces. Programs cover WHS duties for supervisors and managers, safety awareness for workers, psychosocial hazards, incident response and ICAM, SafeWork NSW approved Health and Safety Representative (HSR) training, and options for Certificate IV in WHS delivery. All training can be tailored to the needs, risks and goals of your workplace.
Our Courses Include:
Supervisory Courses
Supervisors and managers play a critical role in creating and maintaining safe work environments. This training provides a clear understanding of WHS responsibilities under legislation across Australia, including state-specific requirements, what is reasonably practicable, and how to apply safety expectations in day-to-day operations. Programs focus on decision-making, communicating WHS requirements, identifying hazards, supporting workers and leading safe work practices across teams. Training can be tailored to the level of supervision and the operational context of your business.
Psychosocial Awareness
Psychosocial hazards are now a key part of WHS legislation across Australia, with clear expectations placed on businesses to identify, assess and manage these risks. This training helps leaders and workers understand how psychosocial hazards arise in the workplace, the factors that contribute to harm, and the practical steps required to manage risks and support a safe working environment. Content can be tailored to reflect the nature of your work, the level of responsibility in the room and any specific organisational concerns.
Many organisations prefer psychosocial awareness training as a shorter alternative to the full MHFA course, while still giving staff the confidence to recognise concerns and respond appropriately.
Incident Investigation
Effective incident investigation helps organisations identify what happened, why it occurred and how to prevent it from happening again. Investigating incidents and implementing appropriate controls is also a requirement under WHS legislation. This training introduces the ICAM methodology and the principles behind effective incident analysis, contributing factors and organisational learning. Two levels of ICAM training are available: an introductory program that covers the foundations of ICAM and how the tools are applied, and a full ICAM Lead Investigator program that includes detailed analysis, practical case work and the development of a final written investigation report. Training can be tailored to your current procedures, risk profile and existing investigation processes.
Safety Leadership Training
Designed for leaders at all levels, safety leadership training strengthens the ability to set expectations, influence safe behaviours and support a positive safety culture. The program focuses on practical leadership skills such as communicating safety requirements, reinforcing safe work practices, responding to concerns, addressing unsafe behaviour and creating an environment where workers feel confident to speak up. Training can be tailored for supervisors, managers or senior leaders and aligned with the specific risks and culture of your organisation.
Health and Safety Representative (HSR) Training
